Old Sealer Turned White, Hazy, or Peeling?

It's one of the most common problems we see in Park City: a driveway sealed with cheap acrylic coating - often applied in cold weather - that turned milky white, blotchy, or started peeling within a couple of seasons.

Here's what most companies won't tell you: new sealer cannot bond to failed old sealer. Sealing over it is throwing money away - it peels again within a year. The failed coating has to come off first.

Most companies turn these jobs down because stripping is hard, messy work. We specialize in it. Our Total Restoration service chemically strips and mechanically removes the failed coating down to bare concrete, repairs any damage, and applies premium penetrating sealer the way it should have been done the first time.
